Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Legal teams on joint paralegal projects and responsibilities across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • •Draft, analyze, review, and help negotiate agreements including software licenses, SaaS/cloud agreements, commercial/vendor and confidentiality agreements.
  • •Manage document workflows by uploading amendments, tagging master agreements with corresponding amendments and schedules, and preparing/maintaining board materials in online repositories.
  • •Respond to legal subpoenas and notices, and support fund disclosure updates and regulatory filings for retail and ETF funds.
  • •Conduct legal research for fund trades and class action/bankruptcy matters, and review compliance policies to identify legal or regulatory risks.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of legal work experience, preferably in a regulatory environment such as an investment advisor or mutual fund group.
  • •Understanding of technology contract practices and standards.
  • •Knowledge/training in corporate governance (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of back-office operations and securities laws/regulations (preferred).
  • •Degree in Legal, with strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
