Key Responsibilities

•Architect, design, implement, test, and debug embedded real-time software within heterogeneous firmware/hardware systems.
•Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to refine product concepts, improve testability, and ensure measurable quality.
•Mentor and coach less experienced staff and contribute to design reviews and proposals.
•Contribute to early design reviews and ensure readiness for program access.
•Operate in an IPT environment using Lean/Agile practices to reliably meet function requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience with Embedded C/C++ software, embedded software security, or software architecture design and implementation (any two).
•Experience using embedded Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, Linux, etc.
•Experience developing complex systems involving hardware, firmware, and software integration.
•Active and transferrable final Secret U.S. government security clearance before start date (ability to obtain program access).
