Senior Director - Process Safety

Lead enterprise process safety governance to prevent catastrophic events across major hazard activities. Establish and maintain a Major Hazard Risk Management Framework, define and oversee critical controls, and drive the shift toward Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention. Provide engineering and asset integrity oversight, integrate AI/digital monitoring for early risk detection, and deliver quarterly board-level reporting on critical indicators, effectiveness, and major hazard exposure.
