Key Responsibilities

•Develops and secures approval for high-level global OPS Enterprise Print plans and investments, aligning them with organizational objectives.
•Lead OPS special projects, align business insights with key strategic partners on future programs, and investigate new business models.
•Influences customer segmentation and develops global strategies focused on different customer segments.
•Partner with GTM senior management to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
•Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees to ensure realization of operational and strategic plans.

Salary: USD 130,700 - 192,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience
•Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or related field

•Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams and projects
•Knowledge of AI trends for business results, analytics, GTM strategy, and KPIs
