Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with and as part of a team to ensure quality objectives are exceeded and foods are prepared and served to required standards.
  • •Follow brand standards for hygiene, correct temperatures, and proper labeling and dating of food items per local law and company regulations.
  • •Maintain cleanliness throughout your designated section, including equipment and fixtures, and clear down and clean at the end of your duties.
  • •Prepare mise-en-place as required and assist in receiving deliveries and loading/unloading daily food runs.
  • •Handle guest complaints or enquiries promptly and professionally and report information security breaches to the IT Service Desk as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a similar position in a 5-star property for at least 1 year.
  • •Fluency in spoken English.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene per company policy.
  • •College or school diploma preferred (not a standard).
