Financial Center Manager - TN East Region

Lead a financial center by completing an FCMA onboarding and education program with rotations across operations, sales & service, lending, small business, preferred, and sales operations management. Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer financial needs, deepen consumer and small-business relationships, and support an integrated book of business strategy with Financial Needs Assessments. Source, develop, coach, and lead a team while reinforcing core values, collaborating across “One Bank,” and contributing to community initiatives.
