Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all requested reactive, proactive, and pre-planned repairs are completed to required standards and within SLA deadlines.
  • •Manage your own workflow and collaborate with the team when necessary.
  • •Take responsibility for Health & Safety for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only.
  • •Participate in out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis to provide 24/7 emergency cover, approximately once every 8–10 weeks.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a full UK driving licence.

  • •Be able to manage your own workflow, and work effectively with a team when needed.
  • •Must undergo security clearance checks and receive Home Office approval.
