Inventory Coordinator

Coordinate and maintain VMI inventory levels by partnering with buyers, plants, and vendor contacts. Run inventory reports, track and resolve inventory discrepancies, and manage VMI and cash contract records and vendor price maintenance tables. Prepare reports and correspondence, process import payables, and support special projects while also covering backup receptionist duties as needed.
