Key Responsibilities

  • •Directs the activities of the assembly group to accomplish completion of the master production schedule.
  • •Ensures an equitable distribution of work and maximizes the effective use of available personnel.
  • •Coordinates releases, checks and ensures availability of materials required, identifies shortages and problem areas for corrective action and assists in maintaining materials accountability.
  • •Trains, motivates and assigns personnel about GMP / Quality Systems practices.
  • •Monitors performance versus direct labor standards to ensure cost effective manufacturing techniques are being utilized.

Salary: USD 23.6 - 29.5 hourly

  • •5+ years electromechanical assembly experience
  • •Previous group leader experience preferred
