Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Campaign Manager with daily customer picklist selection to meet demand plan and regulatory requirements at MOP and postcode level.
  • •Coordinate proactive smart customer communications with an outsourced partner, including messaging, scripting, and agent briefings across channels.
  • •Support performance measurement and reporting (conversion rates, appointment pipeline/attribution, contact outcomes) using a test-and-learn approach.
  • •Develop messaging/content/design for pre-appointment, during, and post-install communications, including reminders, refusals, and leave-behind materials, ensuring compliance.
  • •Provide briefing and support to other retail channels (e.g., customer service and debt) and internal marketing/digital/data teams, including training and call listening feedback for improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a business environment, preferably in electricity or utilities.
  • •A track record of operational delivery in a demanding environment with excellent results.
  • •Detailed understanding of smart metering and experience in marketing/customer communications and campaigns, including customer behaviour.
  • •Good understanding of electricity, gas, and energy services markets.
  • •Strong communication, planning, numeracy, and analytical/problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
