Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage internal and external emergency care training delivered by Mediclinic and ER24, including the EMC training team and training sites.
  • •Manage student administration processes, including recruitment processes, marketing strategy, and record keeping.
  • •Lead and manage the Mediclinic Higher Education EMC training team and govern quality of EMC courses and content.
  • •Manage and control the EMC and commercial training budget and ensure adherence to regulatory body requirements.
  • •Manage stakeholder relationships, including sourcing and stakeholder management of commercial training clients, and align training offerings with business/client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Emergency Medical Care degree.
  • •5 years’ experience in a clinical environment (EMC).
  • •3–5 years’ experience in a higher education environment.
  • •Managerial experience.
  • •Knowledge of Mediclinic Training and Development policies and emergency medical care training procedures/SOPs, including education and training legislation and regulatory requirements.
