Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily activities for approximately 20 team members, including mentoring, counseling, performance management, and corrective action processes.
  • •Facilitate Tier I reviews, update metrics, and drive daily improvement actions for safety, cost, losses, quality, and efficiency.
  • •Drive safety culture by conducting safety audits, investigating accidents/near misses, and ensuring compliance with safe standards and policies.
  • •Identify root causes and implement countermeasures for performance issues such as downtime, delays, and quality defects.
  • •Support and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Process Engineering, ensure production report accuracy, and communicate downtime issues across shifts and management.
