Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead employee and leadership communications, including executive messaging, organizational announcements, leadership updates, and engagement campaigns.
  • •Develop and execute an integrated content and storytelling strategy connecting employees to priorities, culture, values, and employee experiences.
  • •Oversee enterprise town halls, leadership forums, and employee communication events to ensure a consistent, engaging experience.
  • •Own strategy and oversight for employee newsletters, communication campaigns, and editorial planning across internal channels.
  • •Lead SharePoint and digital employee experience content strategy, including design and UX, and oversee creative services to ensure campaigns are visually compelling and audience-focused.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,300 - 219,800

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in corporate or internal communications, communications strategy, or organizational communications in a large, multinational, or matrixed organization.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (master’s or equivalent experience preferred).
  • •Experience designing or leading communications governance, operating models, intake/prioritization, enterprise planning, channel strategy, or portfolio management.
  • •Strong strategic and operational judgment to translate business priorities into governance requirements, processes, and coordinated plans.
  • •Experience advising and building alignment with senior executives, HR, Technology, business leaders, and regional stakeholders without direct authority.
