Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of configuration and data management activities for the C-17 Training System program.
  • •Manage the complete program data package, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with contractual/organizational requirements.
  • •Maintain integrity of released documentation, including CAE-generated documents, vendor data, databases, and Air Force technical/procedural publications.
  • •Support the team compiling, delivering, and maintaining CDRLs according to schedules and contract requirements.
  • •Follow configuration management processes, version control practices, and documentation standards; track updates/changes and assist with reviews/audits and corrective actions.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information management, engineering, business, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • •1–3 years of experience in configuration management, data management, document control, or a related technical field.
  • •Basic understanding of configuration control principles and documentation/revision processes.
  • •Strong attention to detail to review, organize, and maintain technical documents.
  • •Ability to work in a structured environment with multiple tasks and deadlines, with effective written and verbal communication.
