Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist PI engineers to coordinate and troubleshoot daily line issues, including disposition of line deviations and engineering job submissions for analysis.
  • •Support inline inspection and coordinate non-routine metro/RDA inspections on R&D experiments.
  • •Extract, analyze, and summarize data from SWR and Conversion experiments in report format, and make recommendations to engineering.
  • •Manage wafer shipment logistics between fabs for technology transfer and yield learning, including monitoring and publishing updates for priority and WIP lot movements.
  • •Monitor key inline/probe/final parametric indices for deviations and trigger first-level investigations promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or equivalent background.
  • •Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with strong troubleshooting and root-cause determination.
  • •Solid understanding of SPC, SWR, QDR, Micron Central, and Klarity.
  • •Basic knowledge of fabrication process areas including photo, dry etch, diffusion, CVD, wet etch, plating, implant, PVD, and CMP.
  • •Competent use of Micron systems for routine operational tasks and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
