HR Manager

Serve as an on-site HRBP for the Hopkinsville Leadership team, partnering to support approximately 150 hourly manufacturing employees. Drive talent management, organizational development, employee relations, training, and performance management while executing corporate initiatives. Act as a change agent through HR and process improvement, use HR data to standardize and automate processes, and provide strategy for organizational design and alignment.
