Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global recruiting strategy and workforce planning, including structured hiring processes and partnering on headcount modeling and geographic expansion.
  • •Set compensation philosophy and band architecture, manage equity strategy at pre-IPO stage, and run annual compensation/merit cycles with geographic differentials.
  • •Design and scale People Operations frameworks, oversee compliance posture across jurisdictions, and partner with Legal on employment law, immigration, and risk mitigation.
  • •Own People technology stack (HRIS, ATS, payroll, performance, analytics) and data governance to ensure trustworthy workforce reporting.
  • •Drive employee experience through workspace/physical environment strategy, onboarding, and building learning and development and manager capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience running the full People stack end to end, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, and workspaces.
  • •Expertise in global mobility, employer-of-record vs. entity management, and compensation design.
  • •Built and scaled People functions through high growth (250 to 1,000+ employees), standing up programs, policies, and team headcount from scratch.
  • •Experience taking a company through IPO or another exit and applying that to compensation philosophy.
  • •Managed entity setup and employee management across international jurisdictions, including compliance and employee relations.
