Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit and banking products. Process transactions accurately, balance daily, and provide exemplary service. Use a disciplined sales and follow-up approach (including outbound calling and referrals) and educate customers on deposit products while referring them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
