Job Summary

Own the support, optimization, and governance of media financial workflows within a global Shared Services framework. Serve as a functional expert for Mediaocean platforms (Prisma, Spectra) while ensuring clean, accurate integrations with Deltek Maconomy ERP. You’ll manage media billing and reconciliations, produce spend and revenue reporting, support month-end close, maintain SOX-compliant controls, and help automate exceptions and billing validation using AI-enabled monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end media finance workflows including media billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client cash applications.
•Optimize Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) by configuring system settings, workflows, and templates to align with global standards.
•Monitor and maintain data integration between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, ensuring master data consistency and resolving integration bottlenecks.
•Partner with agency finance, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT by providing training and onboarding agencies into standardized workflows.
•Produce and analyze media financial reports, support month-end close, and maintain governance and audit compliance, including SOX controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a centralized Shared Services environment.
•Hands-on administrative or advanced operational experience with Mediaocean (Prisma or Spectra).
•Thorough financial literacy across multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
•Advanced MS Excel skills for reconciling, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets across disconnected systems.
