Job Summary

Support data privacy and protection initiatives by assisting with compliance activities under Saudi PDPL and NCA DCC. Help identify and assess privacy risks, contribute to privacy policies and continuous improvement of the privacy program, and support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). Participate in investigations of privacy incidents, perform data classification and governance activities, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate with Legal, IT, and business stakeholders. Deliver privacy awareness and training programs and prepare compliance reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Support compliance with Saudi PDPL and NCA DCC data cybersecurity controls.
•Assist with privacy risk identification and assessment tied to business processes and data processing activities.
•Support development, review, and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, and standards; contribute to continuous improvement of the privacy program.
•Support DPIAs and contribute to privacy incident investigations, documenting findings and corrective actions.
•Participate in privacy awareness and employee training, coordinating with business units, Legal, IT, and external stakeholders; assist with data classification, monitor regulatory changes, and prepare compliance reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Minimum one year of experience in Cybersecurity, Data Protection, Privacy Compliance, Information Security, or completion of a Tamheer program in Data Protection & Privacy.
•Understanding of Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
•Familiarity with NCA Data Cybersecurity Controls (DCC).
•Knowledge of privacy principles, data classification, and information governance; DPIAs knowledge preferred.
