Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and continually assess HSE activities on a project to ensure requirements are met per the project HSE plan and HSEMS.
  • •Develop and implement field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
  • •Deliver HSE training and conduct daily toolbox talks to communicate safety precautions, first aid, and incident prevention.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and address/report violations with recommendations.
  • •Ensure inspections, risk assessments, site induction, visitor/supplier induction, and reporting logs are completed and maintained for effective HSE performance tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant HSE experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards with ability to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, plus a Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certifications.
