Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily manufacturing operations for assigned areas, lines, or programs, executing production plans across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • •Set daily targets, priorities, and staffing/labor allocation; monitor performance and escalate material, quality, equipment, process, or staffing constraints.
  • •Directly supervise production leads, technicians, assemblers, and operators, including staffing, attendance, overtime, training, and operator qualification.
  • •Track and review manufacturing KPIs (e.g., output, build plan attainment, FPY, yield, scrap/rework, cycle time, labor efficiency, downtime, attendance, training compliance) and take corrective action.
  • •Ensure production readiness and cross-functional execution with Planning, Supply Chain, Materials, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and support NPI and pilot builds.

Key Requirements
