Bartender-Restaurant

Interact with guests in a friendly, natural manner while serving beverages and menu items. Prepare drinks using standard recipes and venue specifications, maintain bar log documentation for equipment issues and safety hazards, and support responsible alcohol service by recognizing intoxication and checking IDs. Handle guest checks and payments, maintain bartender bank and cash procedures, and complete opening/running/closing duties. Occasionally work special events scheduled throughout the venue.
