  • •Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Project Managers and Project Administrators while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • •Drive successful execution of a complex project portfolio supporting more than $150M in annual revenue.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver commitments and resolve execution challenges.
  • •Oversee project financial performance (revenue, profitability, forecasting, cash flow) and lead change management.
  • •Monitor project health, manage risk, implement recovery plans, and serve as an escalation point for execution and customer commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, risk management, change management, and contract execution.
