Senior Analyst, SOX and Internal Audit

Own the end-to-end SOX 404 compliance lifecycle, including scoping, risk-control matrices, walkthroughs, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, and reporting. Partner with process owners to assess risks in new and changing business processes and document key controls using narratives and flowcharts. Drive control improvement and automation, train control owners on SOX requirements, and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
