Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues quickly using data from hundreds of makes and models and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites when required and maintain the service vehicle professionally.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools, including schematics and diagrams.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus preferred field service/maintenance/repair experience and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
