Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, improve, and stabilize production processes in close collaboration with the Team Leader
  • •Lead and support small to medium-scale projects focused on efficiency, quality, and reliability
  • •Identify losses, implement corrective actions, and integrate them into standard processes
  • •Champion Carlsberg Excellence (CarlEx) standards (SOPs, CIL, and other best practices) and facilitate root-cause analysis follow-up
  • •Manage materials (Kanban, order lists), support OPEX budget for the department, and act as MES/SAP super user and trainer

Key Requirements

  • •Training in brewing technology, process engineering, food technology, or a related field
  • •Experience optimizing processes and managing projects in a production environment
  • •Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methods/tools (TPM, CarlEx or similar)
  • •Ability to work with MES/SAP systems or equivalents
  • •Very good French and/or German (written and spoken); English is an asset
