Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare vehicles for paint by taping, masking, cleaning, sanding, priming, and removing parts efficiently and accurately
  • •Install replacement parts as needed and assist in unmasking vehicles after paint refinishing
  • •Maintain a constant, smooth flow of prepped vehicles for the paint process to meet productivity levels
  • •Perform general shop duties including cleaning, driving, organizing vehicle parking, and staging
  • •Follow and maintain safety standards, including respiratory protection (Fit Mask) protocols, and communicate professionally to resolve inquiries and advise management of complaints/incidents

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred
  • •Previous body shop or auto body experience preferred; 1 year automotive/auction experience a plus
  • •Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and driving record meeting company requirements
  • •Must pass a respirator Fit Mask test in compliance with OSHA respiratory protection requirements (29 CFR 1910.134)
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
