Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of the bank’s digital assets and tokenization platform supporting stablecoin payments, tokenized deposits, custody, and real-time settlement.
•Design and build secure, scalable, highly available cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems principles.
•Develop and enhance digital asset transaction processing, payment orchestration, settlement workflows, blockchain connectivity services, and ledger-related reconciliation and exception management.
•Integrate enterprise applications with blockchain networks, custody providers, wallet platforms, payment rails, and core banking systems.
•Establish engineering standards (DDD, API-first, secure coding, CI/CD, observability) and mentor engineers through design/code reviews and hands-on coaching.
