Own the execution of large, complex structured finance transactions for a growing capital markets function. You’ll translate broad financing objectives into actionable plans and lead deals from initial structuring through diligence, negotiation, documentation, and closing—while managing lenders, investors, advisors, and internal stakeholders. Using strong judgment on capital structure, risk allocation, and process design, you’ll help build repeatable financing workflows and coach junior transaction professionals.
