•Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Technology Platform Engineers and Integration Engineers (P3), setting clear expectations for ownership, engineering quality, and delivery outcomes
•Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and engineering excellence
•Ensure team members develop both domain depth and platform engineering capability
•Lead performance, provide regular feedback, and address performance issues directly and constructively
•Ensure appropriate coverage across platform domains while maintaining balanced workloads

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience with enterprise platforms, including hands-on experience with Workday
•3+ years of experience managing individual contributors in a delivery or engineering environment
•Demonstrated experience leading delivery and operation of enterprise platforms, balancing run and change activities
•Strong understanding of Workday and HR processes, with the ability to guide solution design and platform decisions
•Experience establishing structured delivery models, including backlog management and Agile practices
