Key Responsibilities

•Collect, validate, and analyze engineering metrics, KPIs, and project milestones with cross-functional engineering teams.
•Create data-heavy executive slides, operational review decks, and strategic proposals, translating technical work into business impact.
•Establish and govern standardized reporting frameworks across global R&D business units to ensure reporting quality and consistent technical ROI messaging.
•Analyze engineering operational trends to identify process gaps and resource constraints, recommending actionable improvements to engineering leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical/business discipline.
•10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management (TPM), Engineering Business Operations (BizOps), tech-focused Management Consulting, or strategic PMO within a global technology company.
•Proven ability to interact with and present to Director, VP, and executive-level stakeholders across multiple geographies.
•Strong data storytelling skills to synthesize raw engineering data and Jira dashboards into clear, visually compelling executive slides.
•Ability to work with technical engineering teams and understand concepts across software development, system architecture, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies.
