Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead HVM cost engineering activities to achieve Hiroshima site targets for Cost, Scale, Quality, and Cycle Time.
  • •Evaluate buy vs. repair vs. in-house vs. alternate implementation with cost, data, and AI-driven analysis, then define and execute improvements.
  • •Provide technical and cost-focused support to Area teams across CCRR and spare parts domains.
  • •Optimize repair and refurbishment solutions using AI-enabled cost structure analysis and enhance decision processes for new technologies/alternates.
  • •Collaborate with Global Bench Team and suppliers to expand in-house and domestic repair capabilities, improve F15 Bench in-house repair rates, and automate analytics/reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, repair, process, or engineering-related roles.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
  • •Basic knowledge or experience in spare parts, materials, equipment, processes, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • •Strong interest in cost- and data-driven problem analysis and continuous improvement.
  • •English communication skills (fluency not required; willingness to learn and use English is essential).
