Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate NCD outreach using HeartCare data, including preparing outreach schedules, activity trackers, and patient lists for screening, reassessment, follow-up, or referral review.
  • •Extract, analyze, and summarize HeartCare web/mobile data for routine programme action, producing dashboards, charts, maps, and briefing slides.
  • •Maintain and manage lists of high-risk patients and track follow-up, referral, counseling, or reassessment while flagging overdue follow-up and missed appointments.
  • •Conduct HeartCare data quality checks (completeness, timeliness, consistency, missing values, duplicates, unusual patterns) and support interventions for data-entry issues.
  • •Provide HeartCare user support, maintain an issue log with escalation, and submit routine reporting on outreach, data quality, high-risk follow-up, and unresolved risks.

Salary: VUV 2,510,000 - 3,102,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in public health, health information systems, health sciences, nursing, data management, statistics, information systems, programme management, or related discipline.
  • •At least five years of experience supporting health programme coordination, outreach activities, health facility/community-based services, or health programme support.
  • •Demonstrated experience working with routine health data, monitoring tools, reporting systems, or health information systems.
  • •Ability to analyze routine health data and present findings clearly using tables, charts, dashboards, and written summaries.
  • •Fluency in English and Bislama.
