Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and ongoing management of the Infrastructure Department’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment and effective integration across functions.
  • •Ensure alignment with National Aviation Policy, regulatory and legislative requirements, internal policies, capital investment plans, and masterplans.
  • •Coordinate and manage interfaces across strategic projects spanning multiple programmes, teams, departments, and external partners.
  • •Track CEO objectives and provide monthly progress reporting.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align infrastructure strategies and deliver regular project updates to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Planning, Strategy – ideally in infrastructure projects
  • •5+ years of experience in infrastructure or aviation consultancy
  • •Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and with a range of stakeholders across organisations, including regulatory authorities
  • •Understanding of operating in an aviation environment is beneficial
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence and translate strategy into actionable plans
