Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project) from concept to commissioning.
  • •Track progress, milestones, and variances; produce reports and S-curves.
  • •Coordinate contractors, vendors, and civil/mechanical/electrical disciplines.
  • •Identify schedule risks and delays, and prepare mitigation and recovery plans.
  • •Manage approvals, permits, and regulatory approvals; support procurement of long lead items and communicate project status KPIs and resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
  • •3-6 years of planning/scheduling experience in fuel retail, oil & gas, or construction.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and strong Excel skills.
  • •Understanding of HSE and fuel-handling regulations.
  • •PMP or planning certification (preferred).
