Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team handling procurement requisitioning, order planning, forecasting, and fulfillment.
  • •Prepare, review, and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase requisitions and supporting materials.
  • •Manage demand forecasting and order planning to align with program requirements, contractual obligations, and inventory strategies.
  • •Ensure accurate evaluation of incoming orders for completeness, correctness, funding validation, and compliance with customer and contract requirements.
  • •Partner with procurement, customer service, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and program management to resolve issues and support on-time delivery, while monitoring performance metrics and supporting audit readiness.
