Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Lead the end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure and land development projects in Medina, managing scope, programme, budgets, and quality. Oversee multidisciplinary teams across highways, utilities, structures, transport planning, and environmental functions while ensuring compliance with local authority requirements and international standards. Serve as the primary client contact and manage stakeholder communication with clients and government authorities, while monitoring financial performance, forecasting, and project risks. Mentor teams and maintain strong reporting and documentation.
