Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot issues in electrical test stations and support production areas with technical problem-solving.
  • •Support continuous improvement by resolving safety, quality, process, and equipment/tooling issues.
  • •Provide engineering support for production and assist with Andon escalation.
  • •Assist with product changes, transfers, and new product development/integration.
  • •Support development and maintenance of standard work, training others, 5S activities, and fixture/work cell/tool board design.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; or associate’s degree in a STEM-related field.
  • •Significant assembly and/or internal supply process knowledge and skills.

  • •Demonstrated effectiveness in communications with others (as determined by department needs).
  • •CAD experience is a plus.
