Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare electrical MEP 3D Revit models at LOD-350/400 and produce related 2D drawings.
  • •Coordinate MEP models with other MEP services and with architectural, civil, and structural models.
  • •Perform clash detection and clash resolution and manage model versions.
  • •Create 3D visualizations/4D models/renderings and provide specialist support to design and bid teams.
  • •Prepare quantities for BQs from the 3D model and manage data exchange and issue tracking in the Common Data Environment (e.g., BIM360/ACC).

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of production experience in design, drafting, and engineering with a strong track record in a similar role.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD (2D and 3D), plus Civil3D.
  • •Experience with Navisworks and Dynamo scripting for BIM workflows.
  • •Knowledge of electrical systems in MEP and familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., COBie, Uniclass, OmniClass) is preferred.
  • •Good English communication, ability to plan and manage workload, and be computer literate.
