Job Summary

Senior technology risk professional responsible for end-to-end ownership of Technology Risk and Control Issue Management Program Operations. Partners with Global Technology, Risk, Compliance and Audit to maintain an accurate inventory of issues, drive governance, and lead a team through the full lifecycle of high-risk issue management including pre-assertion validation.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the Technology Issue Management program operations and drive strategic direction of the process.
•Provide program and project management leadership in redesigning and implementing enhancements to the Issue Management program, aligning with Enterprise framework.
•Lead the simplification, standardization, and automation of metrics and reporting using Power BI, and develop AI-enabled use cases for data quality and risk insights.
•Design, deliver, and administer training for Risk and Control staff, Technology teams, and business stakeholders.
•Manage day-to-day operational activities including executive materials, issue review forums, action tracking, high-risk validation, and status reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,700 - 194,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in technology, information security, cybersecurity, or related discipline.
•Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology risk management, control functions, audit services, or related roles.
•Prior experience within the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
•Relevant technology or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA and CRIC) and professional qualifications are an advantage.
•Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
