Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and manage suppliers to support 3-year strategy plans and product roadmap needs.
  • •Define and implement supplier performance and development strategies to support category growth and manage risk.
  • •Maintain supplier performance transparency via supplier scorecards and quarterly business reviews.
  • •Facilitate new product development with the Innovation team, including competitive intelligence research.
  • •Manage RFQ/RFP processes, supplier negotiations, should-cost analyses, and supplier qualification activities.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Greater than 5 years of sourcing and supplier development experience.
  • •Experience working with suppliers in the apparel industry is strongly preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
