  • •Ability to apply human-centered design or design thinking approaches to shape requirements and solutions.
  • •Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • •Experience delivering in Agile environments and using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
