Key Responsibilities

•Architect and ship customer-facing functionality from 0-to-1 in collaboration with design and engineering.
•Tackle complex engineering challenges, such as optimizing rendering for large data collections or designing a reliable CMS.
•Contribute to a smooth UX and bridge the gap between working code and a great product.
•Improve application performance and build scalable solutions as the user base grows.
•Own the full lifecycle of features and influence product direction across the stack.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience building user-facing features with React or equivalent frontend technologies, and/or architecting scalable backend systems.
•Ability to own features end-to-end, from scope and design through shipping and monitoring.

•Willingness to work across the stack (frontend and backend) to deliver features.
•Comfort communicating trade-offs and taking ownership in a small, fast-paced team.
