Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and ship customer-facing functionality from 0-to-1 in collaboration with design and engineering.
  • •Tackle complex engineering challenges, such as optimizing rendering for large data collections or designing a reliable CMS.
  • •Contribute to a smooth UX and bridge the gap between working code and a great product.
  • •Improve application performance and build scalable solutions as the user base grows.
  • •Own the full lifecycle of features and influence product direction across the stack.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience building user-facing features with React or equivalent frontend technologies, and/or architecting scalable backend systems.

  • •Willingness to work across the stack (frontend and backend) to deliver features.
  • •Comfort communicating trade-offs and taking ownership in a small, fast-paced team.
