Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders using technology; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose and repair issues by pulling data from many makes/models and determining root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment/tools using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation/work orders and ensure safe job practices.
  • •Assist with pick-up/delivery of equipment and parts, travel to customer job sites when required, and help train lower-level technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools, with extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics/diagrams.
  • •Ability to maintain safe job practices while repairing equipment, including knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements.
