Job Summary

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Singapore and the SEA Hub across Corporate, Retail, and Early Careers. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define roles, build strategies, and ensure fast, high-quality hires with a strong candidate experience. Build pipelines via direct sourcing, campus outreach, referrals, and market networks; drive employer branding and provide SEA TA oversight to support workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruitment for Singapore and the SEA Hub across Corporate and Retail functions, from briefing and sourcing through assessment, offer management, and onboarding handover.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent.
•Minimum 6–8 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, preferably across Corporate and Retail hiring in an international organization.
•Experience in employer branding, talent pipelining, recruitment reporting/analytics, and early careers or campus recruitment is strongly preferred.
•English fluent, both written and spoken.
