Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management for critical initiatives supporting the Global Payment Network and Technology organization in partnership with Communications, Marketing, Business, and Legal.
  • •Draft strategic communications updates for key executive forums.
  • •Identify and pilot opportunities to responsibly integrate AI tools into strategic operations workflows to improve efficiency in data synthesis and reporting.
  • •Break down ambiguous problems into structured workstreams and drive execution ahead of current meetings.
  • •Present to and influence senior leaders, managing up effectively and providing courageous feedback when needed.

Salary: USD 177,700 - 202,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in Strategic Operations, Project Management, Management Consulting, HR Strategy, Chief of Staff, HRBP, or a combination.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in roadmap alignment, governance structures, and change management.
  • •At least 3 years of experience working with senior stakeholders across different business functions.
  • •At least 3 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences.
