Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and harmonize regional production planning processes; support planning-related topics for CTN and implement strategic planning projects.
  • •Manage and develop a medium to large team of manufacturing leads to drive finished goods availability through timely issue resolution.
  • •Lead capacity and fill-rate management across multiple countries of origin, monitor KPIs, and execute corrective action plans to improve key metrics.
  • •Own FC/order management activities including forecasts/orders, order confirmation deadlines, delivery status accuracy, and PO/product transfer execution per SOP.
  • •Serve as key contact for LO supply chain initiatives and systems (Speed Models, GPS, TradeCard/GT Nexus); ensure responsible sourcing and compliance with policies and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering/materials or related areas.
  • •Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • •5+ years of people management experience.
  • •Proven success in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of the Sporting Goods industry.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
