•Act as a point of escalation for project issues and make recommendations to improve performance across programs.
•Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual performance related to financial forecasting and planning.
•Monitor cash flow and working capital (Unbilled, Billed AR, DSO) within the department.
•Implement and enforce project delivery practices aligned with the Project Delivery System and Quality Management System.
•Oversee workload planning accuracy and ensure compliance with pricing guidance and risk frameworks.
•Maintain Salesforce pipeline data and Detailed Forecast outputs for the department.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Candidate must be a US citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship will not be available.
