Retail Sales Manager

Lead and motivate a commissioned sales team at the store level through a structured training program spanning six to nine months. Rotate through in-store learning with seasoned managers and sales consultants, coaching associates on goal-setting and customer experience. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, collaborate with other sales managers to improve store results, and ensure EH&S compliance for your department and/or location.
